Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine benefactor clementissime modisque omnibus observandissime. Salutem cum promptissima servitiorum meorum exhibitione.

Dignata est Reverendissima Paternitas Vestra per servitorem suum me commonefacere super raritate scribendi ad Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram. Id non meae negligentiae aut socordiae oblivionive imputet, Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram rogo, sed penuriae tabellarii. Hoc enim servitore Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae non ita multo ante apud nos exsistente, illius copiam habere non potui. Quippe qui non prius quam in ipso discessu iam equo insidens se mihi obtulit incommodum, ut ne minimam quidem schedulam scribere potui. Nunc autem eo ipso se commodum offerrente et meam meaeque consortis salutem, nomine Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae invisente, scribo quam libentissime, maximas hoc nomine Reverendissimae Paternitati Vestrae agens gratias pro ista scilicet singulari gratia et favore mihi (immerito licet) satis superque exhibita. Simulque incolumem sanitatem Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae invisens meo uxorisque meae Elsulaeque parvae nomine, in qua ut Deus Optimus Maximus Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram diu nobis servet, incolumem obnixe et ex animo precamur.
