[Ioannes DANTISCUS] to [Feliks (Szczęsny) SRZEŃSKI (SOKOŁOWSKI)]
Heilsberg (Lidzbark Warmiński), 1539-08-04

English register:

Dantiscus has furnished servant Sl[onsky], whom Srzeński sent to the Duke [Albrecht I von Hohenzollern-Ansbach] with a letter of commendation. He has also asked his own brother [Georg von Höfen] to outline the addressee’s concerns to the Duke. Srzeński will learn about how matters have proceeded so far from [Georg] as well as from the enclosed letter from the Duke to Dantiscus.
