Regest polski: Dantyszek dziękuje za przekazanie informacji o poselstwie przedstawionym przez posła [Jeana de Monluc] króla Francji [Henryka II Walezjusza], a także za deklarację zajęcia się sprawą wdowy [Katariny Schewecken] po Georgu Scheweckem. Prosi o dalsze wspieranie wdowy.

Dantyszek przesłał właśnie Stanisławowi Hozjuszowi kopię apelacji wniesionej przez przeciwników wdowy w obecności notariusza i świadków. Po jej lekturze adresat może się przekonać, że nie mieli oni podstaw prawnych do odwołania się do króla [Zygmunta I]. Ich głównym argumentem jest, że nie pozwolono na wezwanie ich przed sąd królewski poza terytorium Prus.

Tymczasem przyjęte jest, że król wzywa strony w taki właśnie sposób, o czym świadczą liczne przykłady. Gdyby przeciwnicy wdowy chcieli podważyć wcześniejsze rozstrzygnięcie sądowe, powinni byli uczynić to w terminie wyznaczonym przez króla w wyroku. Nie podnieśli jednak wówczas tej kwestii ani przy ogłoszeniu wyroku, ani przy zatwierdzeniu donacji. Zdaniem Dantyszka ich działania zmierzają jedynie do przeciągania sprawy i zmuszenia wdowy do ponoszenia wyższych kosztów. Prosi adresata, aby udaremnił ich zamiary.
