Regest polski:

Johann von Loe, zmarły rajca Elbląga, zasłużony zarówno dla Królestwa Polskiego, jak i wspólnoty miejskiej, pozostawił syna, młodzieńca starającego się naśladować jego postawę. Zabiegał on u swoich opiekunów o wysłanie na dwór królewski. Opiekunowie ci, należący do kręgu przyjaciół Dantyszka, zwrócili się do niego z prośbą o zarekomendowanie młodzieńca adresatowi, aby przyjął go do siebie na służbę. Dantyszek czyni zadość prośbie.
