Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine colendissime.

Quia post obitum venerabilis fratris nostri quondam Henrich Snellenberg (†1539), son of a Thorn (Toruń) merchant; studied in Cracow, Cologne, Ingolstadt, and Frankfurt an der Oder; from 1499 to his death Canon of Ermland (Warmia) (took the canonry in 1501) (SBKW, p. 226-227; ZINS 1959, p. 431-432)Hinrici SnellenbergHenrich Snellenberg (†1539), son of a Thorn (Toruń) merchant; studied in Cracow, Cologne, Ingolstadt, and Frankfurt an der Oder; from 1499 to his death Canon of Ermland (Warmia) (took the canonry in 1501) (SBKW, p. 226-227; ZINS 1959, p. 431-432), cuius corpus nunc ecclesiasticae traditum fuit sepulturae, cogitandum nobis est una cum Reverendissima Dominatione Vestra, ut de ipsius canonicatu et praebendae mense hoc ordinario vacantibus idoneae personae per electionem provideatur. Rogamus igitur, Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra nobis mentem suam de die maturius statuendae et faciendae electionis idque per votum suum d significare dignetur, interim nos devote Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae commendantes.
