Letter #3224
[Ioannes DANTISCUS] to [Martin] ALLEXWANGENWormditt (Orneta), 1547-10-08
English register:
Dantiscus thanks the addressee for the news sent to him in his last letter. In the meantime, he has received almost no such information from elsewhere. He is convinced, however, that more news reaches the royal court [of Sigismund I], both from the empire regarding the emperor [Charles V Habsburg] and from elsewhere regarding other rulers. He encourages the addressee to relay those, promising his gratitude.
