Letter #4845
Ioannes DANTISCUS to Ermland (Warmia) ChapterGraudenz (Grudziądz), 1543-10-02
English register:
As the addressees are presumably aware, Dantiscus’ nephew, Kaspar Hannau, currently residing in Rome, holds a provision for the first vacant canonry in the chapter of Ermland (Warmia). Dantiscus requests that they unite their votes with his and admit Hannau to the canonry and its associated prebend formerly held by the late Jan Benedyktowicz Solfa.
