Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Iohanni Dei gratia episcopo Culmensi(!), domino meo clementissimo

Reverendisisme in Christo Pater et Domine, domine clementissime.

Exemplum testamenti quondam Nicolai a Tungen, quod Dominatio Vestra Reverendissima sibi a me mitti voluit, his inditum accipiet. Dominum Henricum Snellenberg in causa coadiutoriae conveni omnesque adhibui machinas, quibus animum hominis expugnari posse credebam, sed re in deliberationem ad octiduum reiecta litteris(?) respondit, quarum exemplum similiter his inclusum mitto.

Talis autem est valetudinis meae ratio, ut prolixius esse nequeam dubitemque, an Domino Suo Reverendissimo Felix deinceps scripturus sit umquam. In cuius gratia, si moriendum nunc est, immori(?) cupit. Sed potens est Deus et mortuos suscitare excitare.

Cupio Dominationem Vestram Reverendissimam salvam esse.
