Sigismundus Dei gratia rex Poloniae, magnus dux Lituaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. dominus et heres

Reverendi in Christo Patres sincere nobis dilecti.

Quae petierunt Paternitates Vestrae tam pro schola restauranda, quam pro ecclesiarum commodis tuendis, ea, quoniam iusta nobis et aequa visa sunt, scribi iussimus ac per hunc cubicularium nostrum ad Paternitates Vestras perferri, quarum studium in eis, quae sunt earum officio, curandis nobis probatur.
