Sigismundus Dei gratia rex Poloniae, magnus dux Lituaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. dominus et heres

Reverende in Christo Pater, sincere nobis dilecte.

Commisimus Paternitati Vestrae, ut una cum aliis per nos designatis litteras et privilegia inspiciat, quorum vigore bona Puczko Gedanenses possident ac cetera, quemadmodum ibi latius est perscriptum, conficiat. Quam provinciam velimus Paternitatem Vestram non gravatim subire. Vellemus quidem intra mensem confici negotium, sed si tam cito commodum illi non est, facile patiemur longius extrahi. Licebit Paternitati Vestrae suae hac in parte consulere commoditati.
