Magnifice et spectabilis, sincere nobis dilecte.

Mittimus venerabili Ioanni Levicio cantori Plocensi apud sacram caesaream et catholicam maiestatem scribae et agenti nostro litteras nostras. Quae si in itinere S(incerita)tem or S(trenuita)temS(incerita)temS(incerita)tem or S(trenuita)tem Tuam offenderint, illas eidem salvas et intactas tuto transmitti curet.
