Reverendissime in Christo pater et domine, domine gratiose. Humillimam meam commendationem et servitia mea perpetua.

Posteaquam litterae apostolicae super ecclesia Culmensi expeditae erant, incidi infirmitatem, quod cum bullis ad Paternitatem Vestram Reverendissimam non dederim litteras. Iam accepi commissionem a magnifico domino Anthonio Fuggero, quod nomine suo pro residuo in termino Paschatis persolvendo fideiuberem, et dominum doctorem Stanislaum a sua obligatione relevarem. Cum autem Paternitas Vestra Reverendissima intendat petere a sanctissimo domino n(ostro) et sacro collegio reductionem seu remissionem annatae, consultum videbatur mihi, obligatio in persona domini doctoris Stanislai maneat, id forsan(?) magis conducet ad impetrand(am) or impetrand(um)impetrand(am)impetrand(am) or impetrand(um) gratiam remissione alicuius partis, quam si domini Fuggeri obligati forent. De quo dominus Stanislaus contentus tol{l}eret pro bono respectu obligationem in persona sua, a qua quando opus erit, semper liberabo et nomine dominorum meorum promittam pro Paternitate Vestra Reverendissima, quae felicissime valeat.
