Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Culmensi, fratri carissimo et amico plurimum honorando

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, amice praestantissime et frater plurimum observande.

Salutem et commendationem.

Proximis meis litteris et aliis illis indici<i>s intellexit Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra condicionem valetudinis meae. In fine valetudinarius sum et praeter salutarem mortem nihil optabilius mihi magis.

Cancellario meo in cunctis meae mentis consilia Vestrae Reverendissimae Dominationi patefacienda in hoc conventu commisi. Cui precor benignas praebere aures et quae vice mea referet, audire ac exaudire velit, ac ita pro me agere atque debitam assistentiam impartiri, quemadmodum ipsum pro se a me in Vestrae Reverendissimae Dominationis absentia et pro suo iure certare cuperet. Et nil aliud desidero, quam quod consonum est iustitiae, honori et aequitati.

His in longos vitae f{o}lorentes annos Vestram Reverendissimam Dominationem Deo commendo et me illius gratia valentiorem conservari precor.
