Reverendo in Christo Patri, Ioanni episcopo Varmiensi sincere nobis dilecto gratiam nostram regiam.

Reverende sincere nobis dilecte.

Quaeritur Henricus Braun gener Margarethae, civis Varmiensis, sibi per nobilem Nicolaum Plothowski vim esse factam et res nonnullas ablatas, nimirum sex vaccas, equum unum, gallenas, utensilia et alia nonnulla, quae sunt arrestata et occlusa. Quod si ita est, hortamur Paternitatem Vestram, ut Henrico iustitiam administret, quae per vim servitor illius abstulit, ea restituere et occlusa atque arrestata libere dimittere iubeat. Factura pro gratia nostra et officio suo.
