Iam enim satis est maiestati caesareae a me nomine Serenissimae Maiestatis Vestrae inculcatum.

Anno praeterito, quando Maiestas Vestra Serenissima dignata mihi fuit assignare provisionem menstruam 100 ducatorum, scriptum mihi fuit, quod stipendium equorum meorum, quamdiu hic agerem, mihi currere seu cedere deberet. Et cum iam ingentem pecuniarum summam de proprio supra provisionem Maiestatis Vestrae Serenissimae impenderim atque impendo in dies, idque pro honore et existimatione Maiestatis Vestrae Serenissimae fiat augenda, supplico Maiestati Vestrae Serenissimae humillime dignetur committere, ut equorum meorum stipendium post novissimam solutionem nobili domino Nikolaus Nibschitz (Mikołaj Nipszyc) (*ca. 1483 – †1541), royal courtier, diplomat in the service of Sigismund I and Albrecht von Hohenzollern-Ansbach, Dantiscus' friend; from 1525 until his death an official representative of Duke Albrecht at the Cracow royal court; from 1532 royal secretary; 1519 royal envoy to Albrecht von Hohenzollern, Grand Master of the Teutonic Order, 1525, 1526 envoy to Hungary, 1527 envoy to the Congress in Wrocław, 1531-1533, 1537 envoy to Ferdinand I of Habsburg, 1535-1537, 1540 envoy to Brandenburg, 1536 envoy to the estates of LivoniaNibschiczNikolaus Nibschitz (Mikołaj Nipszyc) (*ca. 1483 – †1541), royal courtier, diplomat in the service of Sigismund I and Albrecht von Hohenzollern-Ansbach, Dantiscus' friend; from 1525 until his death an official representative of Duke Albrecht at the Cracow royal court; from 1532 royal secretary; 1519 royal envoy to Albrecht von Hohenzollern, Grand Master of the Teutonic Order, 1525, 1526 envoy to Hungary, 1527 envoy to the Congress in Wrocław, 1531-1533, 1537 envoy to Ferdinand I of Habsburg, 1535-1537, 1540 envoy to Brandenburg, 1536 envoy to the estates of Livonia numeretur, quo ille id, quod pro vestibus ad honorem Serenissimae Maiestatis Vestrae comparatis Karl Koczer (Karl Kotzer, Karl Kuczer) (†1538), Cracow merchant, agent of the Habsburgs; Cracow town councillor; 1537 Mayor of Cracow (HDP, p. 736; p. 32; POCIECHA 2, p. 125, 298, 338, 361, 514, 559, 581; POCIECHA 4, p. 44, 53, 74, 337, 402)Carolo KuczerKarl Koczer (Karl Kotzer, Karl Kuczer) (†1538), Cracow merchant, agent of the Habsburgs; Cracow town councillor; 1537 Mayor of Cracow (HDP, p. 736; p. 32; POCIECHA 2, p. 125, 298, 338, 361, 514, 559, 581; POCIECHA 4, p. 44, 53, 74, 337, 402) debeo, persolvat.

Ex his, in quibus adhuc res publica christiana discriminibus versatur, Maiestas Vestra Serenissima facile intellegit.
