Reverendissime Domine, domine ac benefactor mi faventissime.

Post assiduam obsequiorum meorum in gratiam Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae commendationem.

Quemadmodum eadem commiserat mihi in coemenda avena negotium, pro Vestrae Reverendissimae Dominationis exigente necessitate sollicitabam prorsus, quo in agendis omnibus modicis et maioribus eidem Vestrae Reverendissimae Dominationi complacere possim fatigoque, ne in aliquo defuerim opera mea, qua confidenter uti non dedignetur.

Demptis tandem lastis duobus tribusve et hoc huc et illuc ad colligendum dispersis proinde humillime Vestrae Reverendissimae Dominationi supplico, dignetur pro animi sui gratitudine affectum meum boni consulere meque sibi addictissimum solita prosequere clementia

Quae felix et incolumis valeat tempora in longaeva adprecor.
