Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Warmiensi, domino nostro colendissimo et gratioso

Reverentiae et observantiae debitae exhibitione praemissa.

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine colendissime.

An necessitas expostulet, ut mandata iuxta formulam nobis per Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram transmissam in dominio et oppidis Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae publicentur, relinquimus arbitrio eiusdem Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae. Nobis nihil aliud constat, quam quod ea pridem evulgata fuerant in dominiis nostris, denuo ut de praeva <ri> catoribus ipsorum mandatorum diligenter inquirant et animadvertant in eosdem.

Nos devotissime Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae commendantes.
