Exigit enim Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae atque nostra necnon utrorumlibet subditorum utilitas et necessitas mature et opportune istis initiis, quae gravem post se trahunt sequelam, occurrere. Et summas Reverendissimae Paternitati Vestrae agimus gratias, quod rebus communibus tam vigilanter intendat nec labore toties repetito vincatur.

Merituri hoc pro viribus et paratissime, et libentissime, Christo Domino propitio, qui Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram et pro sua gloria, et nostra consolatione felicem servet et incolumem custodiat.
