Reverendissimo in Christo patri et domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Varmiensi, domino meo clementissimo

Reverendissime in Christo pater et domine, domine clementissime.

Heri bonae memoriae Felix custos et canonicus ex humanis factus traditus est sepulturae. Canonicatum et praebendam vacantem pro domino Raphaele Canopatzky procuratorio nomine acceptavi et de ea provideri ipsamque illi conferri feci secundum formam litterarum apostolicarum vigore nominationis serenissimae reginae Poloniae etc. Quod superest, Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra dignetur consensum suum praebere eumque capitulo suo significare, ut detur illi vel mihi procuratori possessio vacantis praebendae. In quo Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra ad rem litterarum apostolicarum faciet, domino vero palatino Pomeraniae eiusque filio et mihi gratiam singularem, quam erga Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram studebimus promereri.
