Excellenti domino Ioanni ... serenissimarum m[aiestatum] [o]ratori penes caesaream maiestatem, nostro benefactori

Excellentissime ac clarissime domine.

Humili commendatione praemissa.

Confisi de Vestrae Excellentiae amore et benevolentia erga civitatem nostram plurimis et manifestis signis ostenso, ad ipsam has nostras dirigere decrevimus, quibus, ut possumus, rogamus, ut reverendo magistro Marco sacrae theologiae doctori, quem ad sacram caesaream maiestatem pro aliquibus non parvis nostris negotiis oratorem nostrum dirigimus, ex innata sua bonitate auxilium favorum, ut et aliis nostris in causis solita est, facere praestat ac tribuat, cum et omnia, quae ipsi imperanda commisimus, non nisi pro Dei serenissimarumque maiestatum servitio imperanda sint.

Non dubitamus, quin Excellentia Vestra taliter se geret erga nos, qualis est animus omnium noster, praedictoque reverendissimo magistro Marco oratori nostro fidem ipsa Excellentia Vestra praestet, qualem exhiberet toti nostrae universitati. Quae omnia grate recipiemus ac si et privilegia et gratias ipsamet Excellentia Vestra nobis concederet.
