Reverende Domine, frater et amice carissime ac honorande.

Salutem et omnem felicitatem.

Inservivit mihi non minus fideliter, quam diligenter, venerabilis dominus Baltasar a Lublini sacerdos et artium magister, in praesenti vero reverendissimi domini episcopi Culmensis cancellarius.

Cum itaque homini optime velim, et ille Varschoviae prius non parvo tempore commoratus est, scripsi serenissimae maiestati regiae intercedendo, ut illi exspectativam ad canonicatum Varschoviensem clementer concedere velit.

Qua de re plurimum a Dominatione Vestra Reverenda rogo, velit et suum apud maiestatem regiam adminiculum apponere, quo facilius eiusmodi exspectativam assequi possit. Quod omni fraterno studio atque gratitudine promereri erga Dominationem Vestram Reverendam curabo sedulo.

Quam diu felicissime valere cupio ex animo.
