Reverendo in Christo Patri, domino Ioanni episcopo Varmiensi, sincere nobis dilecto

Sigismundus Dei gratia rex Poloniae, magnus dux Lituaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. dominus et heres

Reverende in Christo Pater, sincere nobis dilecte.

Quas petit Paternitas Tua a nobis dari litteras ad sanctissimum dominum nostrum, eas libenter sumus daturi. Ceterum de reiciendis in aliud tempus comitiis, cum ea iam adsint prope, non esse nobis videtur integrum. Quod si mature ea de re per Paternitatem Vestram facti essemus certiores, non gravatim satis desiderio eius fecissemus.

Datum Cracoviae, tertia Maii anno Domini M-o D-o XXXIX-o, regni nostri anno XXXIII-o.

Ad mandatum regiae maiestatis proprium
