Reverendissime in Christo pater et domine, domine gratiosissime clementissimeque. Orationum mearum devotarum et obsequiorum indefessorum praemissa exhibitione.

In primis Reverendissimae Paternitati Vestrae maximas gratias ago, quod me indignum insufficientem et immeritum capellanum suo pane alere et multiplicibus gratiis et favoribus ex innata clementia hactenus prosequi dignata est, insuper et in recessu a nobis me largissime donare, propterea sum astrictus et perlibenter volo, quam diu spiritus hos meos reget artus, Vestrae Reverendissimae Paternitatis, dulcissimae matris, fratrum et sororum omnium in orationibus meis memoriam facere ac omnipotentem Deum iugiter exorare, quatenus Reverendissimae Paternitati Vestrae in ampliori dominio constitutae longissimam sanitatem, fortunam, faustum longum et amplissimum regimen concedere dignetur. Et Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae obnixius supplico, dignetur me iam senem et grandaeve mancipium apud reverendissimum dominum electum Tiedemann Giese (Tidemannus Gisius) (*1480 – †1550), in 1519 ennobled by King Sigismund I; 1504-1538 Canon of Ermland (Warmia); 1516-1527, 1533-1537 Judicial Vicar and Vicar General of Ermland; 1523-1538 Custos of Ermland; 1537-1549 Bishop of Kulm (Chełmno); 1549-1550 Bishop of Ermland (BORAWSKA 1984, passim)futurum praesulem CulmensemTiedemann Giese (Tidemannus Gisius) (*1480 – †1550), in 1519 ennobled by King Sigismund I; 1504-1538 Canon of Ermland (Warmia); 1516-1527, 1533-1537 Judicial Vicar and Vicar General of Ermland; 1523-1538 Custos of Ermland; 1537-1549 Bishop of Kulm (Chełmno); 1549-1550 Bishop of Ermland (BORAWSKA 1984, passim) gratiose promovere et commendare, quemadmodum pientissimus pater filium suum dilectum commendare solet optimo amico, prout non haesito Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram id ipsum misericorditer facturam.

Orationum mearum praemissa assidua exhibitione.

Reverendissimus dominus meus modernus Tiedemann Giese (Tidemannus Gisius) (*1480 – †1550), in 1519 ennobled by King Sigismund I; 1504-1538 Canon of Ermland (Warmia); 1516-1527, 1533-1537 Judicial Vicar and Vicar General of Ermland; 1523-1538 Custos of Ermland; 1537-1549 Bishop of Kulm (Chełmno); 1549-1550 Bishop of Ermland (BORAWSKA 1984, passim)episcopus CulmensisTiedemann Giese (Tidemannus Gisius) (*1480 – †1550), in 1519 ennobled by King Sigismund I; 1504-1538 Canon of Ermland (Warmia); 1516-1527, 1533-1537 Judicial Vicar and Vicar General of Ermland; 1523-1538 Custos of Ermland; 1537-1549 Bishop of Kulm (Chełmno); 1549-1550 Bishop of Ermland (BORAWSKA 1984, passim) est mihi dominus gratiosus et pascit me cibo et potu suo abunde, quod certissime credo evenire ex promotione Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae. Domuncula mea iam erecta est et in brevi tectum habebit, prout praesentium exhibitor, Thomas balneator, Reverendissimae Paternitati Vestrae latius exponet.

Et cum his me Reverendissimae Paternitati Vestrae humillime commendo.
