BCz, 243, p. 195

Reverendissime domine, patrone gratiose, praemissa servitiorum meorum commendatione.

Bona Sforza (*1494 – †1557), Queen of Poland and Grand Duchess of Lithuania (1518-1557); the second wife of Sigismund I Jagiellon; Duchess of Bari and Rossano; daughter of Gian Galeazzo Sforza of Milan and Isabella of AragonMaiestas reginalisBona Sforza (*1494 – †1557), Queen of Poland and Grand Duchess of Lithuania (1518-1557); the second wife of Sigismund I Jagiellon; Duchess of Bari and Rossano; daughter of Gian Galeazzo Sforza of Milan and Isabella of Aragon etiam saepe Dominationis Vestrae Reverendissimae meminit; duobus diebus ante adventum Krzysztof Gersdorff GersdorffKrzysztof Gersdorff querebatur mihi quodammodo de Dominatione Vestra, quod nolit long diutius illic in aula Charles V of Habsburg (*1500 – †1558), ruler of the Burgundian territories (1506-1555), King of Spain as Charles I (1516-1556), King of Naples and Sicily, King of the Romans (1519-1530), Holy Roman Emperor of the German Nation (elected 1519, crowned 1530, abdicated 1556); son of Philip I the Handsome and Joanna the Mad of Castilecaesareae maiestatisCharles V of Habsburg (*1500 – †1558), ruler of the Burgundian territories (1506-1555), King of Spain as Charles I (1516-1556), King of Naples and Sicily, King of the Romans (1519-1530), Holy Roman Emperor of the German Nation (elected 1519, crowned 1530, abdicated 1556); son of Philip I the Handsome and Joanna the Mad of Castile immorari; fecit id ipsum post adventum Gersdorff; ego replicationes feci, quantum potui, licet namque mihi cum illius maiestate colloqui quandoque diffusius.

Alligavi his litteras ad amicum meum, virum bonum, certum hidden by binding[um]um hidden by binding dominum Iacobum G., qui cum domino Erazm Ciołek Jr (*ca. 1492 – †1546), 1522-1546 Cistercian Abbot in Mogiła, from 1536 Cracow Canon, from 1544 Cracow Suffragan Bishopabbate MogilnensiErazm Ciołek Jr (*ca. 1492 – †1546), 1522-1546 Cistercian Abbot in Mogiła, from 1536 Cracow Canon, from 1544 Cracow Suffragan Bishop hinc solvit, peregrinandi gratia, in Italiam, Franciam et Germaniam, nec dubito eos in curiam caesareae maiestatis venturos; quo ubi pervenerint, sine dubio se apud Dominationem Vestram Reverendissimam statuent. Exiverunt hinc in Augusto praeterito hidden by binding[rito]rito hidden by binding. Itaque supplico Dominationi Vestrae Reverendissimae, dignetur alicui ex suis BCz, 243, p. 197 iniungere, qui litteras domino Iacobo reddat meas. Nil restat. Iterum me commendo gratiae et benevolentiae Dominationis Vestrae Reverendissimae, quae ul utinam cito incolumis nobis restituatur.

Eiusdem Dominationis Vestrae Reverendissimae servus Fabian Wojanowski (Fabian of Dąbrówka, Fabian Damerau) (†1540), courtier of King Sigismund I Jagiellon and Queen Bona Sforza, German tutor to their son Sigismund II Augustus. In 1531 he went back to his family name Damerau; Dantiscus' companion on his mission to Emperor Charles V and his successor as a royal envoy at the Imperial court; 1539-1540 Canon of Ermland (Warmia) (from 1538 coadiutor of Henryk von Snellenberg by Dantiscus' patronage) (KOPICZKO 2, p. 49; SBKW, p. 37)Fabianus Dameraw de WoynawFabian Wojanowski (Fabian of Dąbrówka, Fabian Damerau) (†1540), courtier of King Sigismund I Jagiellon and Queen Bona Sforza, German tutor to their son Sigismund II Augustus.
