Regest polski:

Poprzedniego dnia Dantyszek otrzymał od kasztelana gdańskiego [Achacego Cemy] list otwarty do króla [Zygmunta I], opatrzony podpisami i pieczęciami Giesego, wojewodów chełmińskiego [Jana Luzjańskiego], malborskiego [Jerzego Bażyńskiego] i pomorskiego [Jerzego Konopackiego] oraz samego Cemy, a także, w identycznej postaci, drugie pismo, dotyczące przydziału godności.

Rada Elbląga zawiadomiła Dantyszka, że wspólnie z radą Gdańska wystosowała list [do króla] utrzymany w takim samym tonie i przesłała go do Torunia. Tam ma odebrać list posłaniec Dantyszka [Mauritius], który musi przez to nadłożyć 20 mil. Kopię listu mieszczan do króla Dantyszek przesyła Giesemu, zwracając uwagę na niedouczenie skryby, który ją sporządzał.

Po drodze na dwór posłaniec Dantyszka odwiedzi Giesego. Dantyszek zachęca Giesego, aby tą drogą przekazał własne listy, a zwłaszcza, by zawiadomił podkanclerzego [Samuela Maciejowskiego] o doświadczonych niesprawiedliwościach. Dantyszek zaznacza, że wspomniał o nich także we własnym liście do podkanclerzego. Później, naradziwszy się, mogą napisać o tym wspólnie.

Zdaniem Dantyszka nie można nic poradzić na to, że [kasztelan chełmiński Mikołaj Działyński] wyłamuje się z grona [radców pruskich]. Skoro dotychczas nie wykazywał aktywności w sprawach pruskich, niewątpliwie nadal nie będzie się angażował.
