AAWO, AB, D. 2, f.89r

Verum, ut nuper scripsi, urget me instans Provincial Diet of Royal Prussia comitiorumProvincial Diet of Royal Prussia dies, si ad ea proficiscendum mihi fuerit. Sin Löbau (Lubawa, Lubavia), town in northern Poland, Kulm Land (Ziemia Chełmińska), ca. 67 km E of Graudenz (Grudziądz), the main seat of the bishops of Kulm (Chełmno)LubaviamLöbau (Lubawa, Lubavia), town in northern Poland, Kulm Land (Ziemia Chełmińska), ca. 67 km E of Graudenz (Grudziądz), the main seat of the bishops of Kulm (Chełmno) res differenda est eoque exactis festis hinc abeundum, vix ante explicari poterunt sarcinae, quam sint ad alterum iter recolligendae, et restabunt illic paranda non pauca, familia vestienda, curiae constituendus ordo, et ut audio, tota paene res vehicularis instauranda.

Profecto temere me in hunc consiliariorum asseruero ordinem, iniussu Sigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austriamaiestatis regiaeSigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austria, quare, si regiae litterae non advenerint, abstinendum omnino mihi erit ab hoc coetu, etiam si alias sim paratus.

Quod Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra titulum administrationis Pomesaniensis refutat, nescio an iure faciat, utpote usu confirmata. Sin tale nihil habetur, certe nulla ratio est, qua ipse me faciam tam onerosae potestatis auctorem.

De custodiae dignitate huic conferenda iam agam cum Johann Tymmermann (Johann Zimmermann) (*1492 – †1564), nephew of Mauritius Ferber, Bishop of Ermland; studied in Cracow (1505) and in Rome (1517); 1519-1564 Canon of Ermland (Warmia); 1525-1528 administrator of the Chapter's estates in Allenstein (Olsztyn) and in 1538 in Frauenburg (Frombork); 1527-1539 Cantor of Ermland; 1537 General Administrator of the bishopric of Ermland (after Mauritius Ferber's death); 1539-1552 Custos of Ermland; 1547-1552 General Vicar of the diocese of Ermland (SBKW, p. 261; KOPICZKO 2, p. 336)domino cantoreJohann Tymmermann (Johann Zimmermann) (*1492 – †1564), nephew of Mauritius Ferber, Bishop of Ermland; studied in Cracow (1505) and in Rome (1517); 1519-1564 Canon of Ermland (Warmia); 1525-1528 administrator of the Chapter's estates in Allenstein (Olsztyn) and in 1538 in Frauenburg (Frombork); 1527-1539 Cantor of Ermland; 1537 General Administrator of the bishopric of Ermland (after Mauritius Ferber's death); 1539-1552 Custos of Ermland; 1547-1552 General Vicar of the diocese of Ermland (SBKW, p. 261; KOPICZKO 2, p. 336), nisi aliud iusserit Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra per hunc meum puerum, cuius reditum hac in re exspectabo.
