Regest polski:

Dantyszek przypomina kanonikom, że dowiedzieli się z kopii listu kardynała protektora [Antonio Pucciego] do Dantyszka, posłanej przez administratora olsztyńskiego [Achatiusa Trencka] kustoszowi [warmińskiemu, Johannowi Tymmermannowi], iż dom Aleksandra Scultetiego, proskrybowanego jako sakramentarz, nie należy do jego konkubiny, lecz do niego samego.

Król [Zygmunt I] utrzymuje w mocy swój mandat proskrypcyjny, o czym pisał także do papieża [Pawła III]. Ponieważ monarcha podarował wspomniany dom Mikołajowi Płotowskiemu, kapituła nie ma prawa nim dysponować ani wydawać wyroku na korzyść kuśnierza, tym bardziej, że żona i matka kuśnierza podlegają ekskomunice, gdyż udowodniono im herezję sakramentariańską.

Dantyszek ostrzega adresatów, że jeżeli postąpią inaczej, ściągną na siebie gniew króla.
