Regest polski:

Niesprawność ręki od trzech miesięcy zmusza Dantyszka do dyktowania listów sekretarzowi.

Przesyła ten list za pośrednictwem Krzysztofa Konarskiego, posła króla Zygmunta I do królowej [Marii] Węgierskiej, namiestniczki Burgundii [tj. Niderlandów Habsburskich]. Poleca Konarskiego opiece De Scheppera jako wielce uzdolnionego młodzieńca z Prus i prosi o zarekomendowanie go królowej.

Ostatni list De Scheppera, który dotarł do Dantyszka za pośrednictwem Wolfganga Hallera, był datowany 30 stycznia 1542. Zaniepokojony długimi przerwami w korespondencji Dantyszek załącza kopię swojej odpowiedzi, wysłanej 18 kwietnia 1542, oraz listu, który wysłał do De Scheppera 6 sierpnia 1541 przez Kerstena Gustlefa.

Nowiny z Polski przekaże De Schepperowi osobiście Konarski. Dantyszek zachęca De Scheppera, aby zabiegał o reprezentowanie królowej [Marii] na zaślubinach młodego króla [Zygmunta Augusta]. Konarski będzie się starał wesprzeć te zabiegi. Jeśli odniosą one skutek, Dantyszek mimo kłopotów ze zdrowiem również wybierze się na tę uroczystość.

Dantyszek doradza De Schepperowi w sprawie konfliktu Niderlandów z Danią. Sugeruje, by nie zawierać przyjaźni z Hamburgiem.

Przesyła De Schepperowi, jego żonie i dzieciom najlepsze życzenia w imieniu własnym oraz swego rodzeństwa i domowników. Zawiadamia, że Bernard jest starostą w Lidzbarku i pozostaje bezżenny, Georg zaś ożenił się w Gdańsku z wdową po burmistrzu.
