Reverendissime in Christo Pater, Domine, domine amice observandissime.

Salutem plurimam et amica officia.

Tametsi causam huius Theophili Smucz veluti quoddam saxum satis diu volverimus, quia tamen temeritate adversariorum etiamnum haeret, a Vestra Reverendissima Dominatione peto, ut eum istic on the marginisticistic on the margin suo consilio iuvet, quo iam tandem potiretur iudicato, quod nescio quorum technis in integrum revocatur, ut pium sic iustum opus eiusque oppressis rationibus necessarium faciet, ac me sibi itidem ac suis ad paria officia obligabit.
