AAWO, AB, D.5, f. 34r

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine colendissime.

Post diligentem servitiorum meorum commendationem.

Nactus praesentem hanc ad Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram mittendi occasionem facere non potui, quin vel hunc saltem in usum litteras ad Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram conscriberem, quarum officio cum carissimam paper damaged[m]m paper damaged mihi paper damaged[mihi]mihi paper damaged illius bonam valetudinem viserem, tum novi episcopatus acc paper damaged[us acc]us acc paper damagedessionem eidem gratularer. Quo equidem nomine simul Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae gratulor, simul mihi gaudeo optoque ex animo, ut et praesenti quidem hac fortuna sospes felixque utatur, et augustiore brevi potiatur in diesque auctior evehatur ac diu nobis valeat.

Mitto per eum, qui has reddet litteras, Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae primum epistulam ab illustrissimo domino Ottheinrich of Palatinate-Neuburg (Ottheinrich von der Pfalz) (*1502 – †1559), son of Ruprecht von Wittelsbach, Count Palatine of the Rhine, and Elisabeth, daughter of Duke Georg von Bayern-Landshut; nephew of Ludwig V von Wittelsbach, Elector of the Rhine Palatinate; 1556 elector of PalatinateOttone HenricoOttheinrich of Palatinate-Neuburg (Ottheinrich von der Pfalz) (*1502 – †1559), son of Ruprecht von Wittelsbach, Count Palatine of the Rhine, and Elisabeth, daughter of Duke Georg von Bayern-Landshut; nephew of Ludwig V von Wittelsbach, Elector of the Rhine Palatinate; 1556 elector of Palatinate palatino Reni conscriptam, deinde et fascem quendam pergameno involutum ab hoc eodem per proprium nuntium cum multis litteris ad me missum cum significatione, ut utrumque ad Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram perferri curarem. Quam ad rem opportunior mihi dari plane potuit nemo, cui rectius ista commisissem, quam hic Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae Varmiensis ecclesiae canonicus, per quem haec eadem mitto.

De rebus novis, si quid esset, quod nescire Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram putarem, non gravarer equidem scribere, sed nec aliis, quae usque geruntur, de rebus Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra ignorat et quae hic cum legatis serenissimi Ferdinand I of Habsburg (*1503 – †1564), from 1521 Archduke of Austria, from 1526 King of Bohemia and Hungary, Croatia and Slavonia as Ferdinand I, 1531-1558 King of the Romans, 1558-1564 Holy Roman Emperor; son of Philip I the Handsome and Joanna the Mad of Castile, a younger brother of Charles V of HabsburgRomanorum regisFerdinand I of Habsburg (*1503 – †1564), from 1521 Archduke of Austria, from 1526 King of Bohemia and Hungary, Croatia and Slavonia as Ferdinand I, 1531-1558 King of the Romans, 1558-1564 Holy Roman Emperor; son of Philip I the Handsome and Joanna the Mad of Castile, a younger brother of Charles V of Habsburg atque palatini Valachiae acta sunt. De pace minime composita ex praesente hoc suo canonico satis accipiet.

Commendo me Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae diligentissime et servitia mea offero optoque, ut sana longaevaque valeat.
