Regest polski: Dantyszek z uwagą wysłuchał tego, co przekazał mu Fabian Wojanowski. Zapewnia, że zawsze gorliwie dopełniał wszystkiego, czego królowa [Bona Sforza] żąda. Boleje, że nastawiona przeciw niemu królowa wierzy, iż wszystkie listy od Rady Pruskiej są pisane pod jego dyktando. Dantyszek ufa, że czas odsłoni prawdę, a królowa wróci do dawnego, lepszego o nim mniemania.
