Regest polski: W liście z dnia 5 marca Dantyszek zarekomendował kapitule powierzenie nieobecnemu wówczas Rafałowi Konopackiemu kanonii po zmarłym Feliksie Reichu na mocy nominacji, scedowanej przez papieża na królową [Bonę].
Obecnie Konopacki udaje się do kapituły, toteż Dantyszek powtórnie oddaje swój głos za powierzeniem mu kanonii, a także, w związku z licznymi obowiązkami Konopackiego w służbie króla, prosi, by kapituła zwolniła go z obowiązku rezydowania we Fromborku.
