Stwierdza, że nie ma powodu, aby zawiadamiał go o sprawach królowej, ponieważ nic nie zostało załatwione, i ponieważ nie wie, o co teraz Dantyszek stara się u cesarza. Niepokoi go myśl, że Lewicki mógł wątpić w jego słowa. Przekazuje pozdrowienia dla poety.
