Dantyszek obiecuje, że przekaże do rozstrzygnięcia członkom rady [Prus Królewskich] sprawę wywozu zboża dostarczanego Wisłą. Wstrzymuje się od zajęcia stanowiska, czy można wysyłać zboże za granicę wobec sprawy duńskiej, lokalnego niedoboru oraz strat spowodowanych powodziami. Dołoży wszelkich starań, by uczynić zadość woli króla [Zygmunta I].
