Regest polski: Dantyszek zawiadamia, że przychylił się do prośby kanoników w sprawie wyzwolonego chłopa, dziwi się jednak, że z tak licznych chłopów czynią oni kupców. Obawia się, że zarządcy Melzaku zatrudniają takich ludzi do handlu, co jest hańbą dla stanu duchownego i Kościoła. Nakazuje, by kapituła gorliwie zapobiegała tym niestosownym działaniom, zwłaszcza wobec informacji, że Aleksander Sculteti wysłał niedawno ze swego domu kilka wozów wyładowanych lnem.
