Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine gratiosissime et colendissime.

Debiti famulatus et orationum humili comendatione praemissa.

Is praesentium exhibitor, honorabilis dominus Simon, plebanus in Schonesze, pro quo dominus Nicolaus Plothowszky apud Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram sua supplicatione intercessit, ut ipse refert, quatinus super ecclesia parochiali in Papau (Papowo Biskupie), village in northern Poland, Pomerania, 30 km N of ThornPapowoPapau (Papowo Biskupie), village in northern Poland, Pomerania, 30 km N of Thorn confirmari et investiri possit, me una cum nonnullis amicis suis similiter superinscribedsimilitersimiliter superinscribed rogatum habuit, ut ipsum per praesentes Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae commendatum haberem. Ego ut rogatus, quamvis mihi satis sit ignotus, tamen ex communi fama honeste conversationis existat, Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram ut dominum meum gratiosissimum exoro, eundem super dicto plebaniatu confirmare dignetur. Si in aliquo excesserit, digna poena per Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram puniri poterit et reformari.

Illi oppidano ex Golaw cum consorte sua terminum comparendi in causa matrimonii pro proxima secunda feria post Trinitatis praefixi eis on the margineiseis on the margin, omni opera et diligentia eorum dissensiones uniri et componi studebo. Eadem tamen sua coniunx ob nimiam crudelitatem, quam in eam exercuit, et publicum adulterium ab eo diss discessit, prout sibi in faciem obiectum fuit in mei praesentia per eam. Deus omnipotens per gratiam Sancti Spiritus cordibus eorum infundat, ut unanimiter, honeste et absque adulterii scelere in matrimonio residuum vitae peragere possint. Cum his Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram felicissime sanam et incolumem in longissimum aevum valere exopto et me iterum atque iterum humillime commendo.
