Reverendissime Domine, domine et amice carissime ac plurimum observande.

Cum proxime apud me diversaretur dominus Jan Wieczfiński (†1535)Plocensis castellanusJan Wieczfiński (†1535), amicus meus, narravit mihi singularem Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae erga me affectum et benevolentiam. Cui pro hoc affectu gratitudinem pronunc animi devoveo.

Ceterum, si quando inciderit occasio, qua Vestrae Reverendissimae Dominationi aut eius amicis gratum facere possem, darem operam, ne prorsus ignavum aut ingratum me experiatur amicum.
