Regest polski:

Treść listu jest niejasna z powodu obszernych luk w tekście, wynikających z uszkodzeń papieru.

Dantyszek przesyła adresatowi list prepozyta [Pawła Płotowskiego]. Zaleca, aby adresat pokazał go w sekrecie [Dietrichowi von Rheden?], by go zniechęcić do przybycia do diecezji [warmińskiej] (ad ecclesiam). W tekście wymienieni są doktor [Stanisław Hozjusz?], przeciwnik [Aleksander Sculteti?] (adversarius) oraz dwór królewski.

Dantyszek zawiadamia, że otrzymał z Rzymu od siostrzeńca [Kaspara Hannaua] list, datowany 10 kwietnia, zawierający wieści budzące nadzieję.
