Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine clementissime.

Iuxta mandatum Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae venerabilem dominum Johann Tymmermann (Johann Zimmermann) (*1492 – †1564), nephew of Mauritius Ferber, Bishop of Ermland; studied in Cracow (1505) and in Rome (1517); 1519-1564 Canon of Ermland (Warmia); 1525-1528 administrator of the Chapter's estates in Allenstein (Olsztyn) and in 1538 in Frauenburg (Frombork); 1527-1539 Cantor of Ermland; 1537 General Administrator of the bishopric of Ermland (after Mauritius Ferber's death); 1539-1552 Custos of Ermland; 1547-1552 General Vicar of the diocese of Ermland (SBKW, p. 261; KOPICZKO 2, p. 336)cantoremJohann Tymmermann (Johann Zimmermann) (*1492 – †1564), nephew of Mauritius Ferber, Bishop of Ermland; studied in Cracow (1505) and in Rome (1517); 1519-1564 Canon of Ermland (Warmia); 1525-1528 administrator of the Chapter's estates in Allenstein (Olsztyn) and in 1538 in Frauenburg (Frombork); 1527-1539 Cantor of Ermland; 1537 General Administrator of the bishopric of Ermland (after Mauritius Ferber's death); 1539-1552 Custos of Ermland; 1547-1552 General Vicar of the diocese of Ermland (SBKW, p. 261; KOPICZKO 2, p. 336) conveni, ut exemplum litterarum reservationis pensionis ederet. Sin minus, ne Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra, quae intellexisset, eum hoc minatum fuisse traduceret, alioquin etc.

Respondit se litteras pensionis ex Johann Tymmermann (Johann Zimmermann) (*1492 – †1564), nephew of Mauritius Ferber, Bishop of Ermland; studied in Cracow (1505) and in Rome (1517); 1519-1564 Canon of Ermland (Warmia); 1525-1528 administrator of the Chapter's estates in Allenstein (Olsztyn) and in 1538 in Frauenburg (Frombork); 1527-1539 Cantor of Ermland; 1537 General Administrator of the bishopric of Ermland (after Mauritius Ferber's death); 1539-1552 Custos of Ermland; 1547-1552 General Vicar of the diocese of Ermland (SBKW, p. 261; KOPICZKO 2, p. 336)urbeJohann Tymmermann (Johann Zimmermann) (*1492 – †1564), nephew of Mauritius Ferber, Bishop of Ermland; studied in Cracow (1505) and in Rome (1517); 1519-1564 Canon of Ermland (Warmia); 1525-1528 administrator of the Chapter's estates in Allenstein (Olsztyn) and in 1538 in Frauenburg (Frombork); 1527-1539 Cantor of Ermland; 1537 General Administrator of the bishopric of Ermland (after Mauritius Ferber's death); 1539-1552 Custos of Ermland; 1547-1552 General Vicar of the diocese of Ermland (SBKW, p. 261; KOPICZKO 2, p. 336) nondum assecutum esse, quamvis eas concessas et confectas non dubitaret.

Quid deinde in ea causa actum sit, ex litteris Ermland Chapter cathedral chapter based in Frauenburg (Frombork, Varmia)venerabilis capituliErmland Chapter cathedral chapter based in Frauenburg (Frombork, Varmia) Dominatio Vestra Reverendissima intelliget. Quam superioribus meis cf. Felix REICH to Ioannes DANTISCUS Frauenburg (Frombork), 1538-04-29, CIDTC IDL 3647litteriscf. Felix REICH to Ioannes DANTISCUS Frauenburg (Frombork), 1538-04-29, CIDTC IDL 3647 cupiebam securam et omni perturbatione animi vacuam esse, nimirum valetudini eius sinceriter metuens, solent enim pluerumque vehementes animorum motus periculosas corporum mutationes afferre. Attamen mihi vanus fuisse non videor securitatem promittens, adeo ut adhuc confidenter eam promittere audeam, praevidens, ni fallat, omnia ex sententia Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae etiam in mearum evectionem fortunarum cessura, modo Dominatio Vestra Reverendissima solitae benignitatis aliquam habitura sit rationem. Quod se facturam benevolenter recepit egoque fore certo mihi persuadeo, insperata etenim aliquarum rerum secuta est, Deo volente, mutatio.

Proinde diligenter oro, Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra dignetur deinceps, omni molestia dismissa, tranquillo et sereno esse animo, haec quoque negotia, quae huius turbationis causa sunt, in id tempus reicere, quo ad eandem Dominationem Vestram reicere Reverendissimam venturus sum. Spero equidem tunc, fortunante Domino, omnia bonum finem acceptura. Tunc quoque de praelaturarum condicione et aliis rebus, quae Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra scire cupit, intelliget.

Cui me cum devotissimis obsequiis meis et fortunis omnibus commendo.

Eiusdem Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae servitor perpetuus Felix Reich (*ca. 1475 – †1539), secretary to Łukasz Watzenrode, Bishop of Ermland (Warmia), and his chaplain; from 1518 Chancellor to succeeding Bishops of Ermland: Fabian von Lusian (Luzjański) and Mauritius Ferber; 1518-1525 Provost of Guttstadt (Dobre Miasto) Collegiate Chapter; 1526-1539 Canon of Ermland; 1528 Chancellor of the Ermland Chapter; 1529-1532 administrator of the Chapter's estates in Allenstein (Olsztyn), and in 1538 in Tolkemit (Tolkmicko); 1538-1539 Vicar General of the diocese of Ermland, and Custos of Ermland; 1528-1530 envoy of the Ermland Chapter to the Provincial Diet of Royal Prussia (KOPICZKO 2, p. 265-266; BORAWSKA 1984, p. 176-177; SBKW, p. 200-201)Felix ReichFelix Reich (*ca. 200-201)
