Post humillimam obsequiorum meorum in gratiam Paternitatis Vestrae Reverendissimae commendationem. Reverendissime in Christo pater et domine, domine clementissime.

Cum magister Iacobus, expertissimus ille Gallici morbi medicus, quem principaliter cum litteris Paternitatis Vestrae Reverendissimae conveneram, usque adeo infirmitatem meam flocci penderet, ut indignum diceret, qui eam ob rem me huc contulissem, quin immo non esse necessarium, ut hic vel unam diem eiusce rei gratia perseverarem, adhibui, de consilio domini doctoris Ioannes Tresler (Dreszler) (†after 1548), born in Gdańsk, from 1509 studied at Leipzig and Bologna; promoted to doctor of medicine and canon law.
