Reverendissime Domine, domine et benefactor gratiose.

De mea periculosa miseria nondum possum bene sperare, solito enim more torqueor. Doctores dicunt esse continuum catarrhum cum oppilationibus hepatis. Quicquid id est, certe 9 his elapsis septimanis multum sum defatigatus. Reliqui Gdańsk (Danzig, Dantiscum), city in northern Poland, on the Bay of Gdańsk at the mouth of the Vistula, on the Baltic, the biggest and wealthiest of the three Great Prussian Cities (Gdańsk, Thorn (Toruń), and Elbing (Elbląg)) with representation in the Council of Royal Prussia; a member of the Hanseatic League⌊GedanumGdańsk (Danzig, Dantiscum), city in northern Poland, on the Bay of Gdańsk at the mouth of the Vistula, on the Baltic, the biggest and wealthiest of the three Great Prussian Cities (Gdańsk, Thorn (Toruń), and Elbing (Elbląg)) with representation in the Council of Royal Prussia; a member of the Hanseatic League⌋ et rusticor obambulando et obequitando, raro sine febricula et continua tusse. Eiusdem Dominationis Vestrae Reverendissimae servus perpetuus Fabian Wojanowski (Fabian of Dąbrówka, Fabian Damerau) (†1540), courtier of King Sigismund I Jagiellon and Queen Bona Sforza, German tutor to their son Sigismund II Augustus.
