Regest polski: Valdes dowiedział się, że kanclerz [Mercurino Gattinara] nie otrzymał noty Dantyszka od cesarza. Valdes zrelacjonował kanclerzowi treść noty i uzyskał obietnicę załatwienia sprawy. Tymczasem jednak kanclerz dostał ataku gorączki i nie spotkał się z cesarzem. Ucieszy się z tego Lalemand, ponieważ był poważnie zagrożony. Valdes obiecuje uzyskać kopię nadania (? translatio). Postara się przyjść do Dantyszka w porze obiadu, prosi jednak, by na niego nie czekał.
