Letter #1754
Ioannes DANTISCUS to Tiedemann GIESE, Johann TYMMERMANN, Felix REICH, Jakob REISEN & Mathias TYMMERMANNLöbau (Lubawa), 1537-10-27
English register: Granting the request of Hermann Bremer, applying on behalf of Maurycy Ferber’s heirs for a letter of recommendation, Dantiscus is turning to the three Warmia canons and to the testamentary executors of the deceased bishop to carry out the execution of the testament in accordance with the principles of justice. At the same time he points out that, not yet having the papal provision for the Warmia bishopric, he himself cannot take part in their work.
