Letter #3045
[Ioannes DANTISCUS] to Achatius TRENCK[Heilsberg (Lidzbark)], 1547-02-20
English register:
On the previous day, numerous letters from Rome were delivered to Dantiscus, some of which also concerned the addressee. However, he cannot separate them from the rest or understand them properly without reading them together with him. Therefore, he believes that it will be better to consult on their contents regarding those matters that affect them both and their diocese [of Ermland]. He looks forward to the addressee’s arrival every day.

Domino Achatio a Trencka
Venerabilis.
Quae adscribed in place of crossed-out m⌈mee adscribed in place of crossed-out m⌉ feliciter valeat.
