Regest polski:

Dantyszek dziękuje adresatowi za list, w którym przekazał wiadomości na temat soboru [w Trydencie]. Prosi, aby częściej przesyłał mu doniesienia z dworu [króla Zygmunta I], a także te, które tam docierają z innych stron, ilekroć będzie je posiadał.

Podkreśla swoją wdzięczność i zapewnia, że troszczy się o jego awans. Wspomina swój wcześniejszy list do doktora [Stanisława] Hozjusza w sprawie adresata. Hozjusz odpisał mu, że w sprzyjających okolicznościach zarekomenduje go biskupowi [i kanclerzowi Samuelowi Maciejowskiemu]. Obecnie Dantyszek ponowił swoją prośbę do Hozjusza w tej sprawie.

Na koniec prosi adresata, aby nie przestawał mu sprawiać przyjemności swoimi listami.
