Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine colendissime.

Mea perpetua et numquam defessa servitia sunt Dominationi Vestrae Reverendissimae paratissima.

Tametsi Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram nullis meritis meis precedentibus tantum devinctam mihi esse sciam, ut petere aliquid ab ea iure mihi liceret, fretus tamen summa benignitate et gratia Dominationis Vestrae Reverendissimae, quam et demereri mihi modis omnibus cupio, et ipsa saepius exhibituram se erga me promittere ultro dignata est, nulla me dubitatione distineri passus sum, quin desiderium, quod cum rei commoditas, tum meae rationes mihi suggerunt, aperiam. Id autem, quale sit, Dominatio Vesra Reverendissima paucis accipere dignetur.
