Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Culmensi, fratri et amico carissimo ac plurimum honorando.

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine observandissime.

Cum mei sincera recommendatione longaevam in Domino prosperitatem et salutem.

Reddidit mihi frater Bernardus Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae litteras ex quibus mentem Dominationis Vestrae Reverendissimae et ipsius fratris praenominati satis abunde intellexi. Cui vicissim ex animi mei sententia, uti Dominatio Vestra Reverendissima voluit, respondi. Proinde ipse referet, quod per litteras ne opus est, ut respondeam, extense intellig.... Reliquum reservo in mutuum colloquium opitulante Domino in Elbingo tractandum et conferendum modo ... isthic comparere liceat ex gratia Dei. Quid domino a Werden respondi de ut supra suo gravamine ex exemplari his incluso Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra accipiet. Quod nunc propterea mitto, si me per adversam valetudinem in Elbingo comparere non contigerit, quae sciat et rescire domino de Baisen valeat, et aliis primoribus de ut supra praedictis gravaminibus animi mei conceptum ut responsum. His me Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae commendatum facio quam et felicibus saeculis ingentem et florentem vivere cupio.
