Circumspecta virtus tua ac summa erga Deum et mirificum Christi confessorem divum Nicolaum patronum nostrum religio et devota affectio nobis praestat audaci[a]m in cun<c>tis huius regalis ecclesiae imminentibus necessitatibus cum summa fide ad magnificentiam Dominationis Vestrae ocurrere tamquam dictae ecclesiae nostrae protectorem ac defensorem, quem novimus penes caesaream maiestatem, veluti oratorem meritissimum serenissimarum maiestatum regis ac reginae Polloniae, dominorum nostrorum assidue vacare.
