List #2863
Cornelis DE SCHEPPER do Ioannes DANTISCUSLondon, 1545-09-01
Regest polski:
30 lipca De Schepper wrócił wraz z królową [Mary of Hungary] do Brukseli. Zaledwie uporządkował tam swoje sprawy i sprowadził żonę [Elisabeth Donche], cesarz posłał go do Anglii, aby nakłonił króla [Henry VIII Tudor] do zawarcia pokoju z królem Francji [Francis I de Valois]. Dotarł do Londynu 18 sierpnia. Porównuje liczebność flot angielskiej i francuskiej. Opisuje przebieg swojego poselstwa.
De Schepper prosi o wiadomości o sytuacji politycznej w Polsce.
Z Hiszpanii nadeszły wieści, że żona księcia Filipa [Maria Manuela of Portugal] zmarła podczas porodu. Jej syn [Carlos of Asturias] ma się dobrze.
De Schepper pozdrawia braci Dantyszka, Bernharda i Georga.
