Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Warmiensi, domino meo colendissimo et gratioso

Post reverentiae et observantiae debita exhibitione.

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine colendissime et gratiose.

Ne non obsequar voluntati Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae, accingam me crastina die ad iter, ut praestituta die divae Barbarae sim apud Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram. Quae quidem, humillime obsecro, de hoc certiorem facere dignetur venerabilem dominum praepositum Gutstatensem, ut eadem vel sequenti die quoque adsit, si ita facto opus esse censuerit Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra.
